« Aquaphobia » short break:

Your stay:

• 4 days/ 3 nights bed and breakfast either in a hotel
• 3 « Aquaphobia » training mornings in sea from 9h am to 12h am on the Figueirette Beach in Théoule-sur-Mer (14 km from Mandelieu-La Napoule) with Catherine, your swimming instructor and sophrologist.

Water phobia:
You have feigned, saved all your life, and lived this trauma as a shame

You cannot swim !
You want to swim where you are not within one’s depth.

You tried everything ?
You have the feeling of breathlessness, of getting out of one’s depth, or drowning? Despite your bravour, your will, you get panicky!

Method:
It consists of disabling the negative taking roots which are at the beginning of the phobia by an easy play actual experience.

How to take a load off your apprehensions and panic feelings. You know how to lose one’s grip in a well-being, respecting your rhythm and your fright
Taking the first step of conquering your water phobia provides great changings: Self confidence and serenity.

There’s no age to learn how to swim !
The trainings are more effective than many individual lessons. You will continue your improvement by an advanced training course.

Rates 2008:

Lunch in group is possible in a restaurant next to the beach, thanks to foresee the money for the meal.
