- 6 days/ 5 nights bed and breakfast either in a hotel
- 5 « aquaphobia » training morning in sea from 9h am to 12h pm on the Figueirette Beach in Théoule-sur-Mer (14 km from Mandelieu-La Napoule) with Catherine, your swimming instructor and sophrologist.
Water phobia:
