It is in this small fishing village of La Napoule, nestled in the bay of Cannes, that Chefs Alain Montigny, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Nicolas Davouze, Bocuse d'Or France, chosen by Stéphane Raimbault to ensure his succession, invite you over the seasons in the flamboyant patio of an enchanting oasis. Every morning, they go to the market in Forville for a menu rooted in the Mediterranean region, which does not forget the cult dishes of chefs Louis Outhier and Stéphane Raimbault. Under the soft foliage, in the verandas of the winter garden, one comes and returns at leisure and pleasure, to the fascinating discovery of an innovative and rare cuisine. It is a world entirely dedicated to the pleasure of the taste buds that blossoms between the starred restaurant, the Bistro de l'Oasis and the pastry shop... So many ways to discover the Oasis of the Domaine de Barbossi and to give in to temptation.
