From November 15 to 17 at the Expo Congress Center

During this November weekend, the Expo Congress Center will be transformed into a gourmet platform dedicated to producers and artisans - ambassadors of gastronomy, short circuits and French local products.

Near 100 artisans proud of their productions are expected: wines, ciders, gin and champagnes (to be consumed in moderation), foie gras, charcuterie, cheeses, spices, teas and condiments, sweet specialties…, not to mention the table arts will be represented. In addition to French regional specialties, it will also be possible to discover the flavors of some Italian, Canadian and Swiss classics!

The Salon's regulars will find their favorite producers to prepare their tables and menus for the end-of-year celebrations, but new products will also be present. For example, the NEROLIUM in Vallauris will be relocating to showcase products derived from orange blossom.

The mandolocian products will also be in the spotlight: honey from the surrounding hills, mimosa-derived products (Mandelieu is the Mimosa Capital) and part of the Côte d'Azur France collection. The Barbossi Collection will also display its flavors and wine production from the 4 hectares of vines located at the foot of the Esterel.

EXCLUSIVE : Finally, the public can exclusively discover the mimosa tea created by Christian Sinicropi and Maison NUNSHEN.

THE CHRISTMAS BUBBLE, a new feature from the previous edition, is expanding. This green space and its fir forest will frame the area dedicated to the end-of-year celebrations by offering traditional gifts, decorations and specialties that can be found on Christmas tables.
