💙 My favorite restaurants for a moment out of time.
If you have already been to Mandelieu, you probably know its beaches, Mimosa, its sunsets… But there is a little hidden treasure, less known to vacationers in a hurry: the banks of the Siagne.
Here, everything slows down.
Boats glide gently across the water, terraces come alive at the end of the day, and the sound of clinking glasses mixes with the song of cicadas.
It is in this gentle and somewhat magical atmosphere that I take you to discover my favorite restaurants on the banks of the Siagne. Those where we eat well, obviously, but above all where we feel good.
The Canisse – the stylish beach hut that smells like vacation
Imagine a wooded hut, shaded by tall pine trees, all with a selection of fine wines. Welcome to The Canisse.
On the plate, sunny dishes, a menu that showcases seasonal produce, tapas, and cocktails. All in an Ibizan atmosphere in Mandelieu.

The K – refinement along the water
Here, we take elegance up a notch.
Le K is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a chic lunch. The terrace overlooks the Siagne River, surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
The cuisine is gourmet without being intimidating. Each dish is refined, well-thought-out, and beautifully presented. You can feel the chef's passion in the dishes, and the place's in the service.

The Rose Restaurant – culinary poetry at Casa Rose
If you like soft atmospheres, pretty details and 70s style, you will fall in love with Restaurant Rose.
A perfect place for lunch in the sun and dinner in a chilled atmosphere!

The lagoon – the relaxation option with swimming pool and deckchair
A small exception to my selection of classic restaurants, but one I can't help but mention: Le Lagon is a pleasant surprise for spending a relaxing afternoon by the water. A restaurant, pool club, and lounge bar!
It's the perfect place to combine swimming, napping, and a drink with friends. A cool, sunny break is perfect.
