🌙 Mandelieu's night markets: my favorite summer event
There is something truly magical about summer evenings in Mandelieu.
The sun sets gently over the sea, the air becomes lighter, and the streets come alive in a completely different way. It's my favorite time of year: when the city goes into night mode, both gentle and lively.
And among my little summer rituals, there is one that I never miss:
✨ the night markets of Mandelieu. Twice a week, two atmospheres, and always this feeling of being exactly where you need to be.
🎨 Wednesday evenings – Designer market by the sea
Every Wednesday in July and August, Henry Clews Boulevard, by the sea, transforms into a ultra-pleasant bohemian walk.
The sun sets over the sea, the lights slowly come on, and the market sets up.
It is a creators' market : fine jewelry, handcrafted ceramics, hand-woven hats, decor with southern accents, food truck, music group... The atmosphere is unpretentious chic, between families on a stroll, curious walkers and lovers strolling hand in hand.
I love getting lost there, chatting with the creators, and letting myself be tempted by a golden jewel or a stylized poster to slip into my suitcase of souvenirs.
🍹 Friday evenings – Festive atmosphere at Robinson Park
On Fridays, we change the scenery.
Management Robinson Park, still in July and August, for a festive atmosphere.
Here, the market is more eclectic. You can find everything: small designers, food trucks, entertainment, subdued lighting under the trees... and this summer guinguette atmosphere that I love so much.
We arrive for an aperitif, we nibble on something between two stands, we meet familiar faces, and we let ourselves be carried away by the sweetness of the eveningIt's chill, it's simple, it's perfect to end the week.
💙 Why do I love going there?
Because it is more than a market.
It's a moment for yourself, a walk, a way of discover Mandelieu differently, creative and nocturnal version.
Because there we find unique pieces, which we support local talents, and we pass a truly beautiful evening, far from the screens and noise of the day.
