What to do in Mandelieu with children?
My notebook of good Mom tips!
If you're a parent, you know what it's like. When the holidays approach, we look for a beautiful, quiet, uncrowded place... and where children can have fun in complete safety. Mandelieu, family favorite.
Mandelieu ticks all the boxes for a successful vacation with the kids. I'm taking you with me on a little tour of the activities tested and approved by my tribe !
Top-notch playgrounds for outdoor exercise
First discovery (and big plus when traveling with children): there are playgrounds everywhere, and they are really well thought out.
Robinson ParkThis is our headquarters. Large expanses of grass for running around, picnic tables, and most importantly, plenty of shade for the parents. We sometimes stay there for an entire afternoon.

We also loved the one from Capito, with its wooden structures and sheltered picnic areas.

💙 A favorite for the Argentière Park. Petanque courts, ping-pong tables, table football, chess and checkers tables... A children's play area with two zip lines.

Family-friendly beaches
If you fear crowded beaches and pebbles in your sandals, Mandelieu is a real breath of fresh air.
Dolphin Beach is perfect with children: gentle slope, fine sand, calm water... we build castles, we splash around, we dig giant tunnels.
Robinson Beach is also super practical: easy to access, with snacks and restrooms nearby.
And for a change, we took a little walk along the seafront to the Castle Beach from La Napoule which is our favorite 💙 … magical and fun for kids who will have feet over a long distance!
A little tip: go there early in the morning or late in the afternoon, the light is soft and the beach much less crowded.
Mandelieu isn't just a seaside destination. It's a haven designed for families, where everyone finds their place.
Here, children can run, climb, splash around, and laugh... while parents enjoy themselves too. No compromises, no stress. Just quality time together.
