There are beach days, sunset drinks... and then there's that little treat we always look forward to when it's (very) hot: the ice cream break.
In Mandelieu, I have my favorite spots—ice cream parlors where you go as much for the flavor as for the setting, where every flavor smells of summer. Spots you return to again and again, with friends, family, or after a stroll by the sea.

🍨 The Icefall
If you pass by Fountain Square, impossible to miss this pretty address: The Icefall.
A small, colorful counter, a sunny terrace, and above all... flavors that are out of the ordinary.
Their specialty? The famous charcoal ice cream. An intense black ball, intriguing and delicious, which created a buzz.
It's fresh and above all perfect for a gourmet photo to post immediately.

🍦 Chez Louise — the chic spot at the port
At Louise's, it's a bit of my summer ritual after a day at the beach at Château de La Napoule.
Crispy cones and ultra-pretty homemade flavors.
You'll find the classics, but also more subtle creations that really make a difference. The kind of ice cream shop you'll come back to without hesitation.
Bonus : view of the boats, postcard port atmosphere. Happiness.
