Our favorites for sliding, flying, and having fun
When you want to spend a day outdoors with friends, without necessarily going to the other end of the coast, we have a great option: Mandelieu.
It has become a bit like our summer HQ: between the turquoise sea, the coves of the Esterel and the extremely well-equipped nautical bases, there is something for everyone. have fun on the waterAnd I can tell you that we tested... quite a few things.
Here are our favorite activities to share as a group memories full of the head and salt on the skin.
(I.e. e-foil : fly over water
Clearly our favorite of the year. If you don't know the e-foil, imagine a surfboard equipped with a foil and an electric motor. Result: you literally fly above the water.
The sensations are crazy. After a few falls at the beginning (which make everyone laugh), you get the hang of it and then... it's exhilarating. Silent, without waves, super smooth: pure pleasure.
We tested this in a small group, taking turns, with laughter breaks and videos to back it up. A must-try, really.

🚤 Parasailing: see Mandelieu from above
Well, this is for those who are not afraid.
We tested the parasailing departing from port of Rague : attached to a boat, we take off gently to find ourselves several dozen meters above the sea.
Breathtaking views of Mandelieu, the Lérins Islands, the Esterel Mountains... and above all, the feeling of floating, in complete safety. Thrills guaranteed and a real treat for thrill-seekers.

🚤 Self-drive boating: rent a boat for the day
Finally, for more chilled days, we love renting a small boat without a license or a semi-rigid, and explore the surrounding coves, there are several rental companies in Mandelieu.
Mandelieu is very well placed for this: in around 30 minutes, you can be in front of the red rocks of the Esterel or off the coast of the Lérins Islands.
On the program: swimming in the coves, music on board, aperitifs at sea... the perfect day.

In Mandelieu, there are a thousand ways to enjoy the sea other than lying on a towel.
Whether you are looking for thrills or gentle sliding, The water activities here are varied, accessible, and above all, super fun.
