MIMOSA TART AND ICE CREAM
Our artisan restaurateurs and ice cream makers offer mimosa-based dishes.
Chef Nicolas DECHERCHI will be offering a Mimosa Tart at the LE REPERE restaurant on the Port de la Rague, and LOUISE, located on Avenue Henry Clews – opposite the Port La Napoule – offers a mimosa triptych (Ice Cream – Macaron – Buchette) all year round.

Nunshen House, High Tea Factory
THE N°11 – ROUTE D'OR is a green tea with mimosa flowers, born from the meeting between Chef Christian SINICROPI, two-starred in the Michelin Guide for 17 years, and Carine BAUDRY, Director of Sourcing and Creation at the Haute Manufacture de Thés nunshen.
The choice of Mimosa Flower at the heart of the tea reflects the desire to highlight the richness of the Côte d'Azur terroir. It was in the Tanneron Massif, the cradle of Mimosa cultivation, that Carine BAUDRY and Christian SINICROPI met Alix ABELLO, a "passionate nose" and part of the 3rd generation of mimosa growers in his family. With deep family roots, this mimosa grower has mastered a unique skill.
The entire harvesting process is carried out by hand, in the hills of the plantations. It is with true craftsmanship that only the top of the mimosa is preserved and incorporated into tea No. 11 – Route d'Or. Price: €54 the 70 grams.

“Sweetness of Mimosa” is a feminine fragrance whose composition results from the elegant union of ingredients: a few green notes and cardamom come together with the gourmand and woody scents of tonka bean and amber. The more tender and sweet scents of white musk enhanced with a hint of spicy sandalwood harmonize with the more feminine and oriental notes of jasmine and powdery heliotrope with a unique accord of Mimosa.
