The sea and its recreation

Mandelieu-La Napoule, is a seaside resort located on the edge of the Mediterranean, facing the bay of Cannes, the Lérins islands and at the feet of the Esterel.

With its 3 km of coastline, the resort offers to its visitors seven beaches, some beaches with fine sand and the other coves with red rocks characteristics of the Esterel massif. All carefully maintained, a daily check of the quality of the bathing water is carried out in the summer, in order to ensure the safety of bathers and participate in the sustainable protection of the coastline.

Safe beaches, clean beaches, beaches with all comforts for a relaxing, worry-free holiday!

Accessible from the many free car parks in close proximity to the coastline, Mandelieu-La Napoule's beaches offer all the enjoyment of the Mediterranean coastline.
Whether you choose the public beaches or one of the three private beaches located on the Municipality's coastline, you can benefit the same level of care paid to the comfort and the safety of tourists.

The beaches are secure

Surveillance and safety at sea are assured by the municipal police officers who support qualified seasonal workers, spread over and around the rescue posts.
This system is complemented by the municipal police patrols that are reinforced on the coastal paths.

Signs are put up during the tourist season

They therefore protect you and your children when swimming by separating swimming areas from the channels where pleasure boats may be (drivers, windsurfing boards, water skiing boats …).

The health of the bathing water is monitored daily

Organised daily in Mandelieu-La Napoule, samples are taken between 6 am and 7 am so that the analyses allow a quick reaction regarding the decision to open its beach to the public.
