The swimming pool, open all year round, is just at the foot of the building. Reserved for residents, it is accessible with a badge.

- drop off your luggage as soon as you arrive even if the apartment is not quite ready

Package per stay of €150 for cleaning, laundry and disinfection (compulsory)
A deposit of 500€ is requested upon entering the premises. It is returned on departure if no damage, or reduced by the amount of damage found.
The tourist tax is applied according to the scale set up by the town hall of Mandelieu.
