The Andromède company and Les Mots en Scène offer you the play "Cyrano Of The Moon".
The writer Cyrano de Bergerac, in his "States and Empires of the Moon" traveled to our satellite, covering his body with crystal vials filled with dew. He discovered among other things that the Selenites are adorned with a large nose, which "is the sign of a spiritual, courteous, affable, generous, liberal man."
If no one has ever been able to observe the Selenites, the reason is simple: they live on the hidden side of the moon.
This essential title by Pink Floyd inspired me to adapt and direct this Cyrano: we have come back down to earth, but in the 70s, in a trendy night club, frequented by musicians ready to fight, and by attractive rock chicks...
The action takes place in psychedelic settings, electric guitars replace rapiers, the context of the plot transported to 1975, featuring characters and events of the time.
Play on Saturday March 1st at 20 p.m. at Espace Léonard de Vinci.
Reservations from February 1st.
