The Riviera Golf de Barbossi has an 18-hole course and a training center, not very extensive but with a very lively relief. A preserved place, in addition to its dream decor, it will surprise you with its exhibition of outdoor sculptures.
Designed by the American architect Robert Trent Jones Senior, the course was inaugurated on July 27, 1991. Acquired in March 2008 by the Domaine de Barbossi, its owner, in love with the place, brought it back to life to make this exceptional site a true Riviera jewel. .
Nestled in lush greenery, in the heart of the bay of Cannes Mandelieu, this golf course is an oasis of tranquility and a veritable open-air museum. It is the only golf course on the Riviera to present a permanent collection of contemporary sculptures, twenty-two original and scattered creations have been installed throughout the course for the great pleasure of golfers.
Deployed over 5461 meters (Par 71), the course of the Riviera Golf de Barbossi, alternates technical difficulties, strategic challenges and tactical choices, while preserving intact, from start to finish, the pleasure of the game and the walk.
The challenge is to place your face-off correctly. Easier to negotiate, the following shots will have to take into account the bunkers punctuating the fairways, the Riou river, the lakes and the remarkably defended hilly greens.
