Organization of the practice of Longe Côte and sporting events related to this activity. Affiliated with the French Hiking Federation.
Club de Longe Côte / Coastal aquatic walk, for all ages, open from September to July.
Sessions every day, morning or evening. 10 instructors supervise the sessions according to the abilities of each in groups.
3 types of activities are offered:
- Longe Côté Loisir, from 8 years old
- Longe Côte Santé, from 18 years old
- Longe Côte Compétition, from 10 years old
