The Mandelieu-La Napoule Tourist Office has obtained the label for 4 disabilities: motor, visual, auditory and mental.

The reception area's design takes into account issues related to various disabilities:

  • Installation of a wide, automatic door
  • Low-profile reception desk (80 cm)
  • Destination presentation brochure in braille and various practical guides
  • Addition of pictograms to the signage on the displays to represent people with intellectual disabilities and children
  • Installation of a magnetic loop
  • Tactile paving for the visually impaired on the esplanade

The Expo Congress Centre: this 5000m² single-storey building hosts numerous events (trade shows, conventions, congresses, etc.). It is able to accommodate people with reduced mobility, as it is equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to make it fully accessible.

La The City of Mandelieu is committed to accessibility :

Blue parking spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility:

More than 150 so-called "blue" parking spaces meet regulatory requirements, measuring 3,30 meters wide by 5 meters long. All parking spaces (including those for disabled/disabled persons) are geo-referencedallowing all GPS navigators to locate them.

A parking space reserved for disabled people is located in the Tourist Office car park.

On-Demand Palm (PAD) for People with Reduced Mobility:

The Palm on Demand (PAD) service complements the PALM BUS network in certain areas of the Greater Area. Palm on Demand is itself complemented by a service dedicated to people with reduced mobility (PAD PMR), based on a principle of picking up the customer at their home (curbside to curbside transport).

Note that 100% of the PALM BUS vehicle fleet is also accessible (PMR space + ramp).
