Restaurant opened in May 2017 deserves to be known for its value for money, the Bessem is gaining popularity in the city of Mandelieu since its installation. Mr Bessem was the chef of a famous double star restaurant in Courchevel. This former right-hand man of Pierre Gagnaire, offers a cuisine high in taste with a seasonal menu worked with lots of flavors and inventiveness. Sit at tables and watch Mr Bessem and his team work in the kitchen through the large glass openings.
The sommelier is also very friendly and the service is pleasant and elegant.
