Since 1981, the Mandelieu Rowing Club is located on this small coastal river, attracting both passionate amateurs and champions.
Among the notable figures, Sebastian Vieilledent, trained at the club, made history by winning the gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, putting Mandelieu on the world rowing map.
