An outdoor parking space is allocated to the apartment. It is protected by a triangle whose key to the padlock will be given to you with the keys to the apartment.
The swimming pool of the residence is open all year although outside. It is reserved for residents and you will have access to it thanks to a badge which will be given to you with the keys of the apartment.
